Lead student engagement initiatives with SingHealth as the Assistant Director in a two-year contract role. Develop impactful programs that nurture the next generation of academic clinicians across the cluster. In this role, you will coordinate efforts with education stakeholders at both the cluster and Hospital/Academic Clinical Program levels.

You will manage outreach activities, organize COMPASS events, and maintain a comprehensive student talent database. The chance allows you to establish a Career Mentorship Program, partner with clinician-mentors, and help create seamless pathways for aspiring clinicians. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate outreach initiatives with education stakeholders

Maintain a student talent database and electives portal
Create and sustain a Career Mentorship Program
Lead impactful survey efforts to assess engagement

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience
At least 4 years in managerial roles
Relevant healthcare and education experience
Robust communication and writing skills
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
