Join Top Aces as a Software Developer for the Advanced Aggressor Mission System. In this hybrid position, you'll focus on developing embedded software for mission-critical airborne platforms. As a Software Developer at Top Aces, you will work full time in a hybrid role where real-time embedded software development is key.

Your focus will be on AAMS capabilities, integrating avionics, sensors, and tactical data links. You will design and implement software to enhance military training capabilities, promoting secure and effective operations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software modules for avionics and EW systems
Implement interfaces based on Interface Specification Documentation
Manage design environments in collaboration with IT




Integrate software with aircraft hardware and communication buses
Produce design artifacts compliant with aerospace certification Requirements:
Degree in Software Engineering or related field
Proficient in C/C++ programming
Experience with networked systems and Linux/Windows environments
Familiarity with DO-178C and aviation systems
