We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Cleaner to join our team in Peterborough. This role involves preparing rental properties for recent guests by ensuring each space is spotless, welcoming, and ready for occupancy. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces
Restock essentials such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to ensure guest comfort
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to meet company standards and guest expectations
Inspect properties for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly
Adhere to health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities
Maintain a high level of organization by managing cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and property turnovers
Experience
Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning practices is a plus
Solid attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions accurately
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within the designated timeframe
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely property turnovers
Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety protocols
