The University of Manitoba invites applications for an IT Help Desk role within IST. The position supports faculty, staff and students with IT issues, logs incidents in the IT Service Management tool, and provides remote and in office assistance.
You will work Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with robust emphasis on customer service, transparent communication, and technical troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. A minimum of one year in a service desk is required.
