The OpportunityWe are looking for an Influencer Strategist to lead influencer and creator strategy across multiple client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and execution. You will be responsible for developing influencer programs that align with brand objectives, resonate with audiences, and deliver measurable results.You will work closely with Social Strategists, Account, Creative, and Production teams to bring influencer ideas to life from brief to post‑campaign reporting.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop influencer strategies that align with broader social and brand strategiesIdentify, evaluate, and recommend creators and influencers across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channelsBuild and manage influencer shortlists, outreach, negotiations, contracts, and relationshipsLead influencer campaign planning from ideation through execution and wrap reportingCollaborate with creative teams on concepts, briefs, and content direction for creatorsManage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals across campaignsTrack performance and deliver insightful post‑campaign reporting with explicit learnings and recommendationsStay on top of creator trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform strategySupport new business pitches with influencer ideas, talent recommendations, and strategic POVsWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or a related role at an agency or brandStrong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator culture, and social platformsExperience managing influencer campaigns end‑to‑end,
