We’re partnering with a leading low‑rise residential builder to hire an experienced Contracts Manager to support procurement, tendering, contract negotiations, and subcontractor/vendor management across Ontario low‑rise housing projects.

This role is ideal for someone with robust knowledge of residential construction contracts, budgeting, scopes of work, tender analysis, and vendor agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and negotiate subcontractor/vendor contracts and agreements
- Analyze tenders, compare bids, and secure competitive pricing
- Monitor budgets, pricing variances, and forecast updates
- Review scopes of work, architectural plans, and construction drawings
- Liaise with construction, land, customer service, marketing, and external trades
- Support contract conflict resolution, documentation, workflows, and invoicing

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of procurement/contracts experience, preferably in residential construction
- Familiarity with Ontario Building Code Part 9 and low‑rise construction drawings
