Join BDO Law LLP as a bilingual Lawyer dedicated to Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution. You will play a pivotal role in managing client disputes and strategies. This position requires a proactive legal professional who will communicate directly with clients and tax authorities.

Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, performing intensive legal research on tax issues, and managing cases through to resolution. A focus on building internal relationships within BDO Canada is a key responsibility to enhance service referrals. Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients and tax authorities regarding disputes
- Develop and draft representations for dispute cases
- Conduct legal research on various tax issues
- Manage fees and oversee cases to completion
- Collaborate with junior counsel for knowledge sharing Requirements:
- Valuable standing member of the Law Society
- At least 3 years of tax law experience
- Preferred LLM in Tax or In-Depth Tax Course
- Strong French and English communication skills
