Teacher Teaching On-Call (TTOC)

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors of Education (Elementary or Secondary) degree,
- ValidBC TeachingCertificate issued by the Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB)
- Registration with the Teacher Qualification Service (TQS)
- In-depth understanding of the BC curriculum
- Proven ability to design and implement effective instructional strategies that support the success of all learners in an inclusive, student-centered environment
- Dedicated to continuous professional development, with a passion for creating and fostering a creative, engaging, and inclusive classroom experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills





Required documents and information for application:

- Resume (Please include most relevant experience first)
- Cover Letter – Please clearly indicate your teachable subjects
- Copy of B.C. Teaching Certificate
- 3 skilled references from those in a supervisory capacity, such as current and/or former administrators. If you are currently completing a teacher education program, please include references from those who supervised your final certifying practicum.

Supplemental Information:

- Evaluations or teaching reports within the last 8 years if available.

Salary range is$59,711 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement.Surrey Schools Salary Grid
