Take the lead in legal operations as a Team Lead Paralegal at CLV. This role involves managing a Paralegal team and overseeing landlord-tenant legal matters to ensure efficiency and compliance. CLV is looking for an experienced licensed Paralegal to enhance our Legal and Resident Relations capabilities.

You will coach a talented team while managing a portfolio of complex legal files. Expect to deliver productive, compliant outcomes by collaborating with Property Management and Legal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to Paralegals
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in legal matters
- Oversee Landlord and Tenant Board applications
- Organize and manage legal files effectively
- Negotiate settlement agreements when needed Requirements:
- Licensed P1 Paralegal in good standing
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience
- Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities
