This role combines strong hands-on technical capability with leadership to drive innovation and ensure alignment with financial industry standards, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops, and maintains AI-driven cloud applications using Python and modern AI frameworksLeads the implementation of Agentic AI systems , including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous workflowsBuilds and optimizes RAG pipelines , including embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategiesIntegrates data from multiple sources (structured and unstructured) while addressing security, compatibility, and governance risksMaintains AI applications and infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and reliabilityDevelops and applies Context engineering and Prompt engineering strategies , evaluation frameworks, and model optimization techniques (e.g., fine-tuning, LoRA, embeddings)Establishes CI/CD pipelines, development environments, and MLOps/LLMOps practices to support AI solution deliveryCreates technical documentation, development standards, and operational proceduresTranslates business requirements into AI-enabled technical solutions , collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teamsProvides technical leadership, mentorship, and delivery guidance to engineering teamsServes as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders, works independently and leads delivery across complex, non-routine initiativesSupports enterprise AI strategy and contributes to broader innovation and transformation initiativesApplies strong judgment to identify and resolve complex technical issues,

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
