Role Overview You will serve as a Technical Application Specialist supporting Epicor’s LumberTrack/BisTrack ERP software, Android mobile apps, and Data Cubes, located in Vernon, BC.

Your role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and application‑related software issues for our customers.

Responsibilities - Monitor the support queue and investigate, document, and resolve or escalates support cases.

- Manage and follow up on assigned support cases, providing timely updates to customers by phone and email.
- Escalate P1 and urgent issues to the Support Manager.
- Provide functional application training to customers on Epicor products.
- Troubleshoot and recreate software issues reported by customers, logging tasks for software development as required.

Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a similar technical support or application specialist role.

- Post‑secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with ERP business processes such as inventory management, production processing, and purchasing management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a customer service focus.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Remote Desktop connections, VPNs, and SQL (scripting, data fixing, stored procedures).
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports, and/or SRS Reports.
- Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure individually and in a team setting.
