In this role, the Equipment Breakdown Claims Consultant will oversee the entire claims lifecycle and conduct in-depth investigations. You will prepare detailed reports and effectively communicate findings with all parties involved, enhancing client support.
Your role will require exceptional collaboration with underwriting and engineering teams to optimize risk management. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee claims from initiation to payment
- Conduct investigations and prepare technical reports
- Facilitate communication with brokers and stakeholders
- Manage coordination with external experts
- Build solid relationships with brokers for support Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant industry experience
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and organized, meeting deadlines
