Maintain the CoStar leases database accurately
Prepare and analyze lease payment variances monthly
Facilitate journal entries for lease-related transactions
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in accounting with two years in IFRS 16
Solid communication skills with English competency
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
Capacity to work independently and in teams
