Join LandSea as a 2nd Cook aboard the MV Isabelle in Squamish, BC. This contract position requires cooking skills and an eye for kitchen cleanliness. As a 2nd Cook with LandSea, you will prepare meals, assist in inventory, and maintain a sanitary kitchen environment. Located on a floatel, this role provides a unique culinary experience in a remote setting. To excel, you must possess solid knife skills and organizational abilities while adhering to food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare various meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Set up dining areas and restock during service
Clean kitchen area after meal service
Maintain kitchen appliances and ensure proper sanitation
Report issues to the 1st Cook and assist with inventory Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook
Food Safety certification in British Columbia
Ability to work in a diverse setting
Solid verbal and written English skills
