You will turn specifications into production-ready AI assistants and agents, ensuring quality and reliability. Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and MLOps to meet the regulatory requirements of the financial services sector while integrating seamless workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Build AI assistants and agents from approved specifications
Design and optimize retrieval pipelines and metadata schemas
Engineer, evaluate, and test prompts with thorough documentation




Maintain code quality and produce reviewable documentation
Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and accessibility Requirements:
Solid Python skills with LLM application experience
Hands-on experience with RAG and vector databases
Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain
Experience with enterprise AI platforms like Azure OpenAI
