What Im looking for: Morning help on days when I start early (getting him ready and walking him to school). Afterschool pickup and care until I get home on days when I finish later. Occasional evening help depending on my schedule, including bedtime routine and putting him to bed when needed. We live very close to Vedder Elementary, so everything is within walking distance
