Position Overview
We're a global STEM consulting and workforce solutions firm that works with some of the largest organizations in the world within healthcare, government, technology, banking, finance, and energy.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team to support our US healthcare book of business. As a part of this role, you will be hiring healthcare professions 100s of hospital across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.

Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.





Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.

Qualifications:

1+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate).

Experience in healthcare recruitment.

Past experience with North American recruitment/market

Familiarity with ATS platforms.
