Your responsibilities will include acting as a clinical resource and engaging with healthcare professionals to promote family-centered care. Supporting the administrative aspect of staffing ensures optimal use of care resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient care activities with designated staff
• Ensure efficient patient access across clinical units
• Provide leadership in training and development




• Develop and assess educational programs for staff

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
• Minimum three years of relevant nursing experience
• One year of supervisory experience required
• Teaching or facilitation experience of at least one year
• Strong understanding of nursing policies and procedures
