Proactively source candidates using professional networks and databases.
Review applications and pre-screen candidates.
Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with the company’s values.
Coordinate interviews with managers.
Conduct reference checks when required.
Prepare employment offers and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, including time to hire, quality of applicants, and offer acceptance rates.
Participate in job fairs, recruitment activities, and employer-branding initiatives.
Represent the company at various events.
Required Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.




Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.

Special Requirements: Availability to work outside regular business hours when required.
