What you'll do Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to promote 401auto's product offerings.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate automotive solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing leads and following up on opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients and drive traffic to our offerings.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our automotive solutions.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales while ensuring profitability for the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent 401auto and network with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sale support, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands to help shape future offerings.
Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
A self‑motivated and results‑driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet clients and attend events as needed.
Nice to have Experience in digital marketing or social media strategies to enhance sales outreach.
Knowledge of automotive products and services, including financing options and aftermarket solutions.
Bilingual abilities in English and French to cater to a broader customer base.
Previous experience in a customer‑facing role that emphasizes relationship building and customer service.
Skills & tools Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
