Oversee daily claims intake and dispatch within the department
Conduct comprehensive reviews of incoming claims
Maintain accurate documentation on all claims and repairs
Coordinate with insurers to report and confirm coverage
Monitor and expedite recovery processes proactively
Requirements:
Degree in insurance or related program preferred
3+ years in fleet management or insurance
Relevant customer service experience
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
Ability to work in a centralized contact center
