Join WCG as a Rehabilitation Service Specialist and support veterans from your home in Atlantic Canada. Use your skills to create effective rehabilitation strategies and improve lives. This full time, permanent role allows you to provide tailored rehabilitation services to veterans and their families.

You’ll work collaboratively with specialists to assess needs, develop rehabilitation plans, and address barriers affecting participants' well-being and successful re-establishment in community settings. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine rehabilitation needs
Align service plans with goals and quality standards
Develop comprehensive Rehabilitation Plans involving stakeholders
Collaborate with medical and vocational service providers
Identify and mitigate risk factors for service participants Requirements:
Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field with certifications
Three years of experience in related rehabilitation roles
Background in mental and physical health issues
Federal security clearance is essential
