This full time role demands proficiency in both conventional and CNC machines to produce high-quality components. You will work with technical specifications and strive for first-time quality while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various CNC and conventional machines
Read and interpret Engineering and Manufacturing drawings
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
Promote continuous improvement in machining processes
Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency Requirements:
Completion of recognized apprenticeship or trade program
Minimum 5 years of CNC experience with solid GD&T; knowledge
Familiarity with G-Code programming and probing routines
Master Cam multi-axis programming experience preferred
