This role focuses on enhancing community relationships through Anishinaabe teachings. Key responsibilities include directing forums, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating educational materials regarding child well-being laws. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate community forums and workshops on child wellness
Engage family networks for Child Well-Being Law development
Document and research community insights for legislative use
Build relationships with stakeholders and project partners
Design programs that promote family wellness and cultural healing
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in related fields
Minimum 2 years of community engagement experience
Proven experience facilitating Indigenous community meetings
Solid report writing and presentation skills
Experience in multi-disciplinary collaborations
Drive community-focused initiatives and contribute to the well-being of families in your role.
