Join the Capital Projects team as a Project Manager overseeing critical school infrastructure projects. Ensure successful planning, execution, and compliance across construction and upgrades.

As part of the Business Services department, you will report to the Director of Capital Projects and manage various construction projects including building recent schools and renovations. With at least six years of relevant experience, you will coordinate efforts with multiple stakeholders to align with the School Board’s directives.

Your expertise will ensure that projects remain within budget and meet necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and complete assigned projects efficiently
Ensure compliance with all contract obligations




Conduct field reviews and document contract progress
Collaborate on design work with District leaders
Maintain financial records and manage contractor payments

Requirements:
University degree in Engineering or Architecture required
Six years of experience in project management essential
In-depth knowledge of construction practices and public tendering
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid B.C. driver's license

Lead capital development projects to enhance education through effective project management.
