Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with departments to create training content and curricula
Ensure training materials are interactive and engaging

Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Training, HR, or Education
Minimum 5 years of corporate training experience
Relevant certifications (CTP, APTD, CPTD) are preferred
Experience using Articulate 360 and video editing tools
Robust writing skills for instructional materials
