This job is 100 percent commission based. The first 30days while training we could do hourly or commission what ever is greater

Responsibilities:
Market and sell used vehicles to potential customers
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Collaborate with sales support team to meet sales targets
Maintain a clean and organized showroom

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred




Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
Solid customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts
Proven track record in sales or outside sales is advantageous
Excellent organizational and time management skills
