We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Client Services Representative to support our training programs and provide exceptional service to students, employers, instructors, and the public.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to phone and email inquiries
Register students and manage course bookings using Dynamics 365
Coordinate and schedule private training requests
Maintain accurate client and instructor records
Support organizational events and team initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in English and French
Solid communication and customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
