Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will work across departments to maintain high standards of safety and quality. Your leadership will guide teams, support training, and promote a positive work setting. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Assign duties to personnel and monitor production processes
Maintain solid employee relations through coaching and feedback
Ensure adherence to safety policies and health regulations
Support HACCP, SQF standards and operational improvements Requirements:
5+ years in food manufacturing or production
3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports
Post-secondary education in a related field
