In this newly created leadership role, you will drive the Foundation’s operations and support its Board of Directors. Your responsibilities will include overseeing governance frameworks, refining granting processes, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
This position offers flexibility to work from Toronto or Vancouver in a hybrid format.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of a recent governance framework
Oversee all operational activities of the Foundation
Develop operational processes and reporting frameworks
Coordinate Board and committee meetings effectively
Establish systems for grant application tracking
Requirements:
Leadership experience in the nonprofit sector
Solid understanding of Canadian charitable landscape
Experience working with volunteer Boards
Exceptional relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
