This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates with expertise in traditional materials and specialized installation methods. With over five years of estimating experience in heritage roofing and architectural sheet metal, you will review drawings and site conditions to determine labour and material needs for historically significant buildings.

You’ll work closely with project managers and operations teams while ensuring estimates reflect real-world practices and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret project drawings and specifications
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour and materials




Perform accurate quantity take-offs for roofing and envelope components
Analyze project requirements for complex restoration tasks
Collaborate with project teams to ensure execution alignment Requirements:
5+ years of estimating experience in heritage projects
Solid knowledge of specialty materials like copper and lead
Proficiency in Bluebeam and AutoCAD software
Ability to identify cost risks and constructability concerns
