As a Security Engineering Manager, you will guide a team in a hands-on capacity, developing technical solutions and enhancing security. Your responsibilities will include coding, reviewing, and mentoring, while driving security compliance programs like SOC 2 and FedRAMP.

You'll adapt roadmaps to meet changing demands and foster a productive setting for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Create adaptive roadmaps for security initiatives
Own security compliance programs and audit evidence
Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent




Lead impactful technical solutions for security posture

Requirements:
Proven experience in hiring and developing engineers
Solid AWS security experience on EC2 and managed services
Proficient in Terraform, Git Ops, and autoscaling
Knowledge of SIEM platforms like ELK/Open Search
Familiarity with Ruby or Python as coding languages
