Your Role and Responsibilities

Assist clients during the selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.

Provide strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to deliver value to clients.

Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management activities, and stakeholder interviews.

Develop process maps to capture As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios.
