Drive continuous improvements and technology integration. This role requires a hands-on engineer with at least five years of experience in manufacturing, especially in aerospace contexts.

You will lead key initiatives, support CNC machining processes, and collaborate with teams on enhancing quality and efficiency. Your ability to identify improvement opportunities will be vital for maximizing production capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
Support automation efforts, including CNC and additive manufacturing




Develop recent processes and coordinate cross-functional teams
Participate directly on the shop floor to solve problems
Analyze KPIs for informed decision making Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Aerospace industry experience is a plus
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and digital tools
