As a day laborer/operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of off-road products, while having the opportunity to grow within a adaptable structure and with approachable managers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
Pack windshields and other related products
Install trim during secondary operations (as needed)
Stock the workstation with raw materials
Wash and deburr windshields
Assemble windshields and other related products
Cut mounting tabs and foam and drill holes during secondary operations
Complete various quality control and production forms
Comply with safety rules, factory regulations, and established work procedures
Prepare and package various products as well as certain lightweight parts
Package parts on a conveyor belt during production or on a workbench




Perform any other tasks requested by the immediate supervisor

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
High school or vocational diploma
Knowledge of metrology
Ability to read, write, and interpret information related to manufacturing processes
Manual dexterity and a keen sense of observation and precision
Attention to detail and precision
Physical fitness and tolerance for heat
