O'Connor RV is expanding into auto and truck ICBC repairs, we99re dedicated to providing top-quality collision repair and exceptional customer service. We99re looking for a motivated ICBC collision Advisor to join our growing team and help our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly.

What You99ll Do:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns with professionalism and care
Write accurate ICBC estimate and communicate clearly with technicians
Keep customers updated on their vehicle99s status throughout the repair process
Build trust and long-term relationships through honesty and excellent service

What We99re Looking For:




Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive / RV customer service or ICBC collision repair front end experience.
Solid communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
Mitchell estimating program experience
I - car certification if possible
