Automotive Sales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team. If you are passionate about cars, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by earning potential, we want to hear from you!

Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but motivated individuals with strong communication and customer service skills are welcome to apply. Training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Negotiate and close vehicle sales
Work with the finance team to assist customers through the purchasing process
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery and beyond

Qualifications




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Valid driver’s licence
OMVIC registration or eligibility to become registered is an asset
Previous sales or automotive experience is an asset
Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends as required
