Key Responsibilities:
Develop effective frameworks for plasma operational scenarios
Predict plasma behavior through gyrokinetic turbulence simulations
Contribute to tools for edge plasma physics
Support integrated modeling for plasma performance analysis
Collaborate with engineers to optimize system design
Requirements:
PhD in Plasma Physics, Computational Physics, or similar
Solid grounding in plasma theory and numerical methods
Experience with simulation codes and HPC settings
Solid programming skills (Python, C++, Fortran)
