IDP is looking for an experienced mechanic to accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain our customers’ trucks. This hands-on position ensures safety and efficiency, supporting our operational goals. Your ability to work collaboratively with the service team will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability
Diagnose and repair brake, engine, and transmission issues
Maintain explicit documentation of service performed
Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders
Share technical expertise with junior mechanics
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant mechanic experience
Solid knowledge of diesel engines and electrical diagnostics
Ability to communicate effectively in a team setting
Possession of a valid Saskatchewan driver’s license
Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
