Take on a pivotal role as an Advancement Coordinator at the University of Waterloo. This full time position involves empowering alumni relations and fundraising efforts through comprehensive administrative support. As a key member of the Faculty of Workplace, the Advancement Coordinator will provide vital support to the Director of Advancement.

In this role, you’ll manage calendars, organize meetings, and create essential documents while engaging with various stakeholders. Your contributions will enhance the efforts of the Advancement team and support initiatives to foster relationships with alumni. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Advancement
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings across teams
Prepare reports, presentations,



and essential documentation
Oversee logistics for fundraising and alumni events
Maintain records and support donor relations efforts Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma required
Several years of administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office; BBCRM knowledge is an asset
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication abilities in all formats Contribute to successful alumni engagement and fundraising through your organizational skills and administrative expertise at the University of Waterloo.
