About the Role

Join QuadReal’s Global Research team and help turn AI into a practical advantage for commercial real estate research. In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI enablement, data strategy, and market intelligence – identifying use cases, designing AI‑driven workflows, partnering with research, data, and IT teams, and helping researchers adopt tools that improve the speed, quality, and depth of their work.

Responsibilities
Identify AI use cases and design AI‑driven workflows.
Partner with research, data, and IT teams to build and implement AI tools.
Lead discovery sessions and shape AI‑enabled research processes.
Support governance and documentation, contribute to roadmap planning.
Measure adoption and impact through transparent KPIs.

Qualifications
Experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, product or program delivery, change management, or research/advisory environments.
Comfortable discussing LLMs, agents, automation, and responsible AI with business stakeholders.




Workshop facilitation, process design, adoption planning, and governance artifact creation.
Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar.
Experience with commercial real estate, asset management, or enterprise data platforms is an asset.
Relevant undergraduate degree (AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field).

Perks and Compensation

Expected annualized base salary range: $100,000 to $125,000. In addition, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package including a performance‑based incentive plan, comprehensive health and dental perks, pension plan, and paid time off.
