Make a difference in the lives of families as an Access Support Worker in Recent Glasgow and Antigonish. You'll transport children and parents, providing essential support for access visits and appointments. As a relief worker with the Department of Opportunities and Social Development, you'll engage directly with families and support networks.

This role relies on your solid communication skills and childcare experience. You will be responsible for ensuring safety and providing transportation, and you may document interactions and resolve issues that arise. Key Responsibilities:
Transport children and families for scheduled visits
Ensure safety during access appointments
Document interactions and report any issues
Support children during contact with their families
Collaborate with Social Workers on service delivery Requirements:
Diploma in child & youth care or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years in child welfare or social services
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to communicate tactfully in sensitive situations
