If so, consider this Traffic Office opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and analytical expertise.About the jobIn this role you will:coordinate traffic engineering operations related to regional transportation issues and projectsensure appropriate coordination and conformance with Ministry policies, procedures and objectivesprovide technical expertise and leadership related to the review, analysis and reporting on traffic operations and to the development of traffic management related policy and guidelinesMandatory requirementsYou possess a valid class 'G' driver's license or equivalent as recognized by the province of OntarioTechnical KnowledgeYou know theories, principles and practices related to transportation planning and traffic management engineering and technologyYou can use your knowledge to assess traffic characteristics, advanced traffic management strategies, highway design and construction and maintenance practicesYou have knowledge of and experience in the application of the Ontario Traffic ManualResearch, Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsYou can develop and evaluate proposals for traffic engineering, safety and operational issues and present recommendationsYou can interpret and apply policies, procedures and guidelines and compare alternative solutions,
