Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC systems.

- Perform service work in residential, commercial, and agricultural environments.

- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

- Read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, work orders, and technical instructions.

- Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.

- Follow workplace safety procedures and applicable industry standards.

- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas.

- Collaborate with senior technicians and other team members.

- Communicate professionally with customers and provide quality service.

- Complete work orders, service reports, and other required documentation.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

- Support occasional emergency or after-hours service calls,



as required.

Qualifications

- Experience or technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC work.

- Trade school education, apprenticeship experience, or relevant certifications are considered an asset.

- Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to follow established procedures and technical instructions.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Professional and respectful customer service skills.

- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing field work in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites within Leeds and Grenville, ON.

- Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, punctuality, and skilled conduct.

- Willingness to learn and expand skills across multiple trades.
