What You'll Do:

- Greet customers and create a positive service experience from start to finish.
- Schedule appointments and accurately document customer concerns using our PBS DMS
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
- Review completed work, process invoices, and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery.




- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships while contributing to dealership growth.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service department.
- Experience with dealership management software is an asset.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
- Valid driver's license.
