Summary The Petroleum Service Technician will specialize in the maintenance and repair of pumping equipment, electrical, fuel management systems for retail petroleum stations, utility providers, transit services, and public works yards.
Responsibilities: Service and maintain petroleum equipment, systems and accessories essential to site operation;
Repair and maintain leak detection systems
Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner always
Exercise considerable independent judgment in solving unusual work problems.
Help maintain strong, trustworthy, and lasting relationships with our existing and new clients that will ensure repeat business and free flowing referrals and focuses on client relationships to grow and maintain core client base.
Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed
Possess the physical and mental capabilities to work under stress and control multiple tasks at a time
Scheduling Involves being part of an on-call 24/7 rotation Key Skills: Very mechanically inclined, with an affinity for solving mechanical problems
Clean Drivers Abstract and Valid Driver’s License
Enjoy both working alongside a team and operating independently
Can make wise judgments when working independently, with no direct supervision
Enjoy being on the road and visiting recent places
Are always looking for ways to do things better and more efficiently
Desire to continually learn and follow directions when needed

Problem solving Additional Assets: Electrical expertise (in petroleum or otherwise) or an understanding of electrical concepts and basic programming.
TSSA Petroleum Mechanic Certifications (PM1, PM2, PM3, or PMH)
Measurement Canada Certified Inspector
