Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board is hiring an Information Systems Technologist to enhance technology use across its school sites. This full-time role focuses on providing essential technical support and deploying classroom technology. In this role, you'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various platforms, assist users, and maintain Board-owned technology.

A two-year post-secondary diploma in IT and three years of experience in a complex networked environment are required. You'll also document technical procedures, support technology lifecycle processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff through remote and in office assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues




- Install and configure classroom equipment and applications
- Document all service and troubleshooting efforts
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and technology processes Requirements:
- Two-year post-secondary diploma in IT or related area
- Three years of relevant tech support experience
- Experience with endpoint devices and operating systems
- Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver's Licence
