Key responsibilities

- Read and interpret technical plans, engineering drawings and aerospace specifications.
- Program, set up and operate machine tools (CNC and conventional).
- Machine metal parts (aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, etc.) to tight tolerances.
- Make necessary adjustments during production to ensure conformity.
- Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM).
- Ensure quality control of machined parts according to aerospace standards (AS9100, ISO, etc.).
- Participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.




- Comply with health and safety procedures as well as industry quality standards.
- Document operations and complete parts traceability.
- Other related tasks.

Profile

- Diploma in machining techniques or equivalent training.
- Experience in machining in the aerospace sector (an significant asset).
- Proficiency with CNC machines (milling and/or turning).
- Knowledge of materials used in aerospace.
- Ability to work with very tight tolerances.
- Good understanding of aerospace quality standards.
- Ability to read complex drawings.
- Analytical mind, rigor and attention to detail.
