- Develop treatment plans with a focus on evidence-based principles
- Facilitate family therapy sessions and patient progress meetings
- Implement individual, group, and family therapy models




- Provide coaching to family members as guided by the Mental Health Therapist
- Participate in staff meetings and patient case discussions Requirements:
- Degree in social work, child and youth care, or psychology
- Experience in educational or mental health settings
- Solid case management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
