Compliance Coordinator (Kanata)Location: Kanata, ON, K2V 1C2DRS Pivotal Power Inc. is an entity within Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics group. The job welcomes an organized, detail‑oriented individual to support the compliance function as a Coordinator I – Compliance, maintaining documentation, ensuring adherence to company and government requirements.In this role the coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the compliance function, keep processes running smoothly, and manage data and records for internal stakeholders. The position reports onsite to either Bedford, NS or Kanata, ON offices and operates in a hybrid work environment. Salary ranges $62,000-$79,000.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine administrative and coordination activities in support of compliance.Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data and information from multiple sources.Compile, review, analyze information to support departmental needs.Use software tools to generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.Prepare letters, reports, and other materials.File documents with appropriate entities in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain organized filing and recordkeeping systems.Act as source of information on organizational policies and procedures.Assist with administration of contracts or subcontracts.Support aspects of Department of Defense, Department of Energy,
